 So I love Sunday mornings. They are officially my favorite mornings of the week. Not only because I get to sleep in... haha but I also get to stay in bed for however long I want once I actually do wake up! So Sunday mornings are cuddle times and both of my boys love it to. haha

After that I get up and clean up around my apt and do laundry and then make myself a nice pancake breakfast before heading to church at 1... I don't think I've ever enjoyed having 1:00 church so much haha
 This past Sunday I discovered my new favorite hike. A friend and I went up to Dry Canyon. It's about the same difficulty as the Y.. maybe a little easier and gives you a great view of OREM and the lake. It's only like 3 minutes away from my house and the trail itself is actually beautiful! And it can go on for miles around the base of Mt. Timp. This past Sunday was so beautiful I couldn't help but take my dogs up there! It was really great!


Oh ya and I hang my feet over the edge of the cliff... What can I say I'm a daredevil...

Another Carbon County Success story: Getting to watch closing races of a 3 day event: The Castle Country Clash at the Desert Thunder raceway. Some of you who knew me years ago would know I was a big NASCAR fan back in the day. (I mean I made NASCAR board game for a 5th grade math project once...I was serious about it)  So when Tina asked us if we would be interested in attending the weekend's stock car races my answer was an easy YES! Saturday with our ATV ride, we were wiped out but luckily we finished our hike Sunday just in time for me to check out the afternoon races.

Fall Carbon County ATV Tour Let me start off this post by saying that not only did this tour far exceed my expectations, but the entire area did. If you hear Carbon County, most people immediately ask "what is there to even do there," "where is that?" Then you mention "Price" which is on all the road signs when you head from SLC to Moab and you get a few nods.  WELL, time to change that.

NYC Day 2: Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan, and Central Park Despite the late night Broadway show before, we were up early and determined to hit the rest of the list. So first up was Brooklyn. It took about 40 min to get to the Bagel Store on Bedford Ave between 2 subway lines and less than mile of walking. Rainbow bagel with funfetti smear: perfection.
