So then started my adventure to Yuma. I drove down pretty much by myself. I had Ollie and another girl from BYU who rode along silently with me... but pretty lonely. It was crappy weather but I rocked it in like 10 hours. FUN saturday let me tell ya I took this picture to mark my first night since marriage (almost 2 years) that I've slept in a bed all by my lonesome. Not a fan.  The trip was a ton of fun! On Monday I helped Jen finish up the last of her homeschool work... that's what these faces were for. And the we washed the cars. It was so pleasant outside and we were soaked from the hose, we thought why not jump in the pool... It's bound to be about the same temperature... So we did. First Lauri did a dive, then the Jen. They dove in, and then hopped right back out! She was swimming for her life to get out!  Then it was my turn....  The water was FREEZING (coldest water I've ever gotten into) + I didn't want to get my hair wet

Ok so I haven't posted in.... FOREVER! So to quickly go over November.... School was tough but great Thanksgiving was awesome! So glad my family could come! We had a great dinner at Kevin and Kori's, Ty and I babysat later that weekend, we also got a huge 50 in. plasma Panasonic t.v., a dvd player. and iphones on black friday. I guess we felt we were rich or something. Turned out to be a good thing, since they day my parents left, both Ty and I caught the stomach flu BAD! So bad I threw up for the first time in like 5 years (even though I've had the flu during those 5 years.) So not the best end to the greatest weekend of eating. But luckily we had an awesome big screen t.v. to keep us company. Also during the month of November we hung with our friend Brandon and Nicole and tried snacks for possible healthy vending machine options ( their business in the making) and went to Trafalga where we climbed the rock wall, went go carting, and I played laser tag for the first

Halloween pumpkins! We carved these like 2 weeks before Halloween I just forgot to post the picture! Tyler did Darth Vader and I did the Storm trooper! While I was impressed with mine, I was pretty blown away with Tylers! Lots of tiny carvings and detail!  Here's both of our pumpkins in the light so you can see their size. Tyler picked like a 32 lber! Huge!  I was pretty impressed with mine as well!  I made the bed cover for Ollie one day with left over fabric from his car seat cover. Just made it like a blanket. Also like momma like dog. I used to sleep with my toys in my bed and here he is with his ball. Such a cutie!  Jordan got him to pose like this. Just thought it was cute! Watching the snow really come down outside! Say goodbye to all our walks!
