And just a quick post about things happening with Kneaders. We are having an Aloha Summer complete with Hawaiian decorations, clothing (check out that shirt!), leis, and menu! The menu is seriously delicious! I love the sandwich ! Its ham with Munster cheese grilled pineapple, mango chutney and all hot on a ciabatta roll. Sooo yummy! Plus our lava flow smoothie which is like a pineapple dole whip in smoothie form, chocolate cream coconut tarts (Haupia tarts!) pineapple hand pies and a pasta salad (which sadly I didn't like the pasta salad as much.. dang onions) Baskets have been selling fairly well for summer and I'm still rocking the Saturday morning drive through. If you're going to the Provo 4th of July parade spectacular (people seriously camp out for days) and/ or the balloon festival, Look for me on the side of the road by Kneaders! I'll be selling French Toast for $6 until 7AM and then from 7-11 I'll be selling cinnamon rolls and OJ for $2.00! :)

NYC Day 2: Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan, and Central Park Despite the late night Broadway show before, we were up early and determined to hit the rest of the list. So first up was Brooklyn. It took about 40 min to get to the Bagel Store on Bedford Ave between 2 subway lines and less than mile of walking. Rainbow bagel with funfetti smear: perfection.

 The past week we went to California for Ty's family reunion at Shaver Lake. We drove through the night Tuesday and mistakenly our gps took us a crappy route by Highway 6 and through Yosemite... so it was slow going and a tad scary! I saw two deer on the road on our way that Ty totally missed! Woah! I was super sad that we drove through Yosemite and I couldn't see anything so we determined to go on our way home from the trip! So Saturday we woke up superrr early to have time to make some stops! so here we go....  Not 30 min. driving in the park and we see a cub black bear climbing a tree barely off the road! I made Ty turn around to snap a picture because really.. how many times do you get to be so close to one of these cute little guys? If nothing else went well... going back this long way made the trip worth it to me!
