 Quick blog post on how disgusted I am with Monty! As much as I love my little boy I was so aghast when I saw Ollie's neck like this ! I left Ollie's collar off for just a day after his bath and I think that left Ollie's neck to open to Monty.

I know he's just playing but I mean ouch! So Ollis is wearing his collar again and I punish Monty every time I see him go for Ollie's neck. Poor little guy just wants to play but this is ridiculous!
Look at all the patches of fur that have been ripped out and all the red irritated skin.

My poor boy :(

If you hear Carbon County, most people immediately ask "what is there to even do there," "where is that?" Desert Thunder Stock Car Races

Another Carbon County Success story: Getting to watch closing races of a 3 day event: The Castle Country Clash at the Desert Thunder raceway. Some of you who knew me years ago would know I was a big NASCAR fan back in the day. (I mean I made NASCAR board game for a 5th grade math project once...I was serious about it)  So when Tina asked us if we would be interested in attending the weekend's stock car races my answer was an easy YES! Saturday with our ATV ride, we were wiped out but luckily we finished our hike Sunday just in time for me to check out the afternoon races.

NYC posts- Brooklyn & Central Park

NYC Day 2: Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan, and Central Park Despite the late night Broadway show before, we were up early and determined to hit the rest of the list. So first up was Brooklyn. It took about 40 min to get to the Bagel Store on Bedford Ave between 2 subway lines and less than mile of walking. Rainbow bagel with funfetti smear: perfection.
