Tuesday It was such a beautiful day outside! After I finished school (monday classes so I finished early) I ran my errands and decided to take Ollie for a walk. Plus I discovered it's 1.4 miles to this park and back so I get extra miles for walking this week too! So great! It was a good walk even though Ollie pulled me a little more with no harness! My handsome boy :]  Wednesday morning I headed out bright and early to go to the gym and then hit the road to Yuma! I had a lovely 11 hour drive COMPLETELY by myself. Luckily I had prepared with tons of good driving music and delicious snacks! I was a Zombie by the time I got down there, but hey I was still a happy kid.  The first day I was down there we cleaned, did home schooling, and got David from the airport. Then we had my favorite thing ever: Los polopas for lunch/ dinner ! And capped our evening off with dessert crepes and a nice 2 mile walk.  Friday we got up and went to the gym for 45 m...

Ollie finally got his cone off! That ear is healed! Hurray! Which means he had his first bath and grooming in like a month! And he gets to wear his new collar again! He looks so cute and handsome all cleaned up without the cone! :]  The weekend after Valentine's Day we drove up to Logan to visit Steve, Elise, and little Jude :] We even got to bring Ollie this time so he could play with their new dog Hogan! We got the Saturday afternoon and hung out till dinner which we enjoyed at Cafe Rio. :] and then they took us bowling which was Ty's and my first time bowling together.. ever! I started off so awesome almost winning even with a strike and spares! But then rounds 8 and 9 I choked and didn't get any points... Dang but I still beat Ty! haha So awesome! When we got back that night they introduced us to Breaking Bad (Ty likes, and I'm indifferent) and the Walking Dead (Ty also like, and I was scared out of my mind) fun evening. haha Sunday we had a relax...

So I was in charge of Valentines Day today and I wanted to focus on food for my turn! So after class I ran to the grocery store and got all the supplies I would need! I made a chicken pot roast in my crock pot with chicken, chicken gravy, sweet onion, carrots, and potatoes. The special part of this dinner was that I cut all the potatoes and carrot pieces into little hearts. It took like an hour but Ty really loved it! So I'm glad I did it! When Ty got home I had candles lit, romantic music playing, and french bread with some martinellis on the table.  The for dessert I made probably the MOST amazing thing ever, and I came up with it completely on my own. I made a chocolate cake for the bottom layer, than chocolate pudding, than chocolate pudding whipped with whipped cream (which is the best btw) and then whipped cream! And then I melted chocolate chips down to make the hearts on top! It was soooo good! and easy! We did what we normally do during Valenti...

Well as I said I would add more pictures about our dinner theater we went to. The story was about Bonnie and Clyde's love story (the couple on the left) and it was told primarily by Clyde's brother and wife (couple on the right) and there was the sheriff who chased them around for the story. ( guy in the back)   They made jokes about Taylor's swift song and all sorts of other pop- culture references which were hilarious. I don't know how many people were actually getting the jokes though, because a lot of the time I felt like I was the only person laughing. Either way I had a blast! Fav. joke/ reference they made was "I'd follow him anywhere, why I'd follow him to Mordor and back... as long as I get to keep the ring that is." My Lord of the Rings fanatics came out and I seriously thought that was the most hilarious thing ever.  As part of an intermission thing in the show while we got our salads they had a competition in which they call...

The past week has been a blast! Jordan came and stayed with me for sort of a girls week or what have you! We stayed up late every night talking, playing ticket to ride, and occasionally watched a chick flick! We would've played just dance if there wasn't a crazy lady living underneath us! Anyways it was fun, and Friday to celebrate we decided to dress all up and go to Sparks for some fancy drinks! Everything was delicious, expensive.. and so not worth it. Although it was a fun experience, and Jordan and I prob seemed drunk to people we were so hyper off of sugar, it still wasn't worth the prices. That's my review of sparks.. haha if you want fancy drinks just go to a regular restaurant and order some!  There were so many fascinating drinks to try, we obviously had to get 2 each... haha so we did. I got a superrrr delicious pina colada and a watermelon soda thing. Jordan got a Shirley temple with Cotton candy on the top (pretty cool) and the coolest drink of the...

So I decided to do an instagram post mostly because these pictures are so easy to get without having to use my phone at all. Haha so I'll apologize for the poor quality. This past week has been crazy! Wednesday I drove up to highland to work with the trainer there and work at that club for the day and I had my first near death experience ever! First I leave my apartment to find my car in a hole of snow. It was so bad.... I had to dig tracks for my car, but she handled verily well. I-15 was soaked with snow and slush and it was wayyy scary driving, but I made it to Timanogoas highway and even survived the commuter lane. I thought I had it in the bag. As I was trying to switch into the left lane (as I would be turning left soon) I was going slow but mustve hit really thick snow or bad ice, but I spun around at least 3 times, zero control, all the way across the median and into both lanes of oncoming traffic. LUCKILY I didn't smash into anything or anyone, and since the signal...
