So this year for Halloween we decided to have  a smaller gathering / like party just for fun. Ty and I had so many snack ideas though! We got home from school and work at like 5:30 and immediately set about getting ready. We cleaned, put our costumes together, finished decorating, and started working on these snacks! They were all so yummy!

First we had witches hats: hershey kiss, green icing, and keeblers fudge cookies.
Second: we had wrotten teeth smiles. Two apple slices with peanut butter and chocolate dipped mini marshmellows.
Third: mummy dogs: or just mini hotdogs wrapped in pre made pilsbury croisants.
Fourth: not pictured but equally delicious: monster fingers or pretzel rods dipped in white chocolate dyed green.

We also had planned to do dirt cups with chocolate pudding and oreos but we never got around to making them.

Our friends brought sparkling grape juice and we had frozen water in a surgical glove so voila! Our hand floating in a punch bowl. Probably my favorite out of anything it looked so cool!

Our friends dressed up as Twilight vampires.
See if you can guess who we are?

That's right! Han Solo, Princess Leia, and our very own Chubacca. We were honestly quite impressed with how our costumes turned out considering the very little planning that went into them.

Ty just wore skinny jeans, black sunaday shoes, borrowed a black vest with a white sunday shirt under it, plus assembled his gun holster and everything out of like 3 different belts. Not to mention a gun set from the dollar store. Woot woot!

My ensemble came mostly from a white shirt and white skirt borrowed from a friend. I then took a necklace and belt and covered them in tinfoil to complete my accessories. Oh and I attempted to  do the brain bun, but my hair just simply wasn't long enough.
Shout out to Lauri for letting us borrow her chewbacca backpack for Ollie's costume! I think he worked it very well!

Anyways in addition to our highly decorated walls with spider web, vampire window decal, and skeletons, I also had spooky sounds playing in the beginning. Nothing like a few screams and creepy heart beats playing in the back ground to get you into Halloween spirit!
We mostly just ate our snacks and chatted with Ty's friend Brandon and his wife Nicole about trips we want to go on, since they might be going on our cruise in April with us!

We also borrowed Red Riding Hood from our neighbors to watch (kinda scary I guess). It was an interesting movie, but I can honestly say I wasn't a huge fan.
Here's some family pictures we had to get in our costumes!

 Dopplegangers

I'd say all in all we did a pretty good job.... haha
