Also in April, we went to Toucano's for Ty's b-day + graduation! We stuffed ourselves silly, but I can honestly say my fav. part of that place is the grilled pineapple, and those LEMONADES! I would just buy those lemonades if I could; they're so yummy!
 They got Ty to get up a shake the tambourine while they sang their 
song for celebration! It was great!

It's expensive, but yummy! Yay for birthday passes!

Fall Carbon County ATV Tour Let me start off this post by saying that not only did this tour far exceed my expectations, but the entire area did. If you hear Carbon County, most people immediately ask "what is there to even do there," "where is that?" Then you mention "Price" which is on all the road signs when you head from SLC to Moab and you get a few nods.  WELL, time to change that.

Exploring the volcanic area that is North Iceland

Welcome to the North! Day 6 started out strong with our first included breakfast of the trip. (So long yogurts that have been riding around in the trunk for a day or 2...) HELLOOOO Smörgåsbord! There were some fruits, various breads, crackers, cold meats and cheeses, yogurts (skyr) with cereal toppings, juices, teas, coffees, and the truly interesting breakfast option of SMOKED TROUT. (good but for me... just not a breakfast food)
