One day after work, it was sooooo beautiful outside, so Ty and I took Ollie on a walk to Bridal Veil Falls. Look at him in his sweater.. so cute! And as a usual winter, the place was mostly frozen, but I think that makes it even moer fun!
For example we got to climb up a ton of the falls, because of the frozen snow fall covering the bottom!


It was not easy climb, but it sure was cool looking down from there too!

And no, that's not a muzzle it's a harness.


It was even harder to get down. haha I was pretty wet at the end of this trip... still glad we decided to go down there!

Another Carbon County Success story: Getting to watch closing races of a 3 day event: The Castle Country Clash at the Desert Thunder raceway. Some of you who knew me years ago would know I was a big NASCAR fan back in the day. (I mean I made NASCAR board game for a 5th grade math project once...I was serious about it)  So when Tina asked us if we would be interested in attending the weekend's stock car races my answer was an easy YES! Saturday with our ATV ride, we were wiped out but luckily we finished our hike Sunday just in time for me to check out the afternoon races.

NYC posts- Brooklyn & Central Park

NYC Day 2: Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan, and Central Park Despite the late night Broadway show before, we were up early and determined to hit the rest of the list. So first up was Brooklyn. It took about 40 min to get to the Bagel Store on Bedford Ave between 2 subway lines and less than mile of walking. Rainbow bagel with funfetti smear: perfection.
